Lloyd can end up making a lot of changes because he is impulsive and if he sees something that appears broken, tangled, or stupid, he usually wants to address it. That is not being willing to make changes exactly though, that's more just... being unable to see stupid things and leave them alone... His willingness would increase if part of the heart asked him to make changes.

Nunnally, on the other hand, is usually passive in heartgames unless something she cares about is going on! But if she entered the heart of someone she was invested in either positively or negatively, the possibility of her fucking around with a purpose, deliberately, is much higher than Lloyd's, even if she would maybe not change as much. So I would say her willingness was higher.

What board games should we make Sterling play IC? If Mithos played Monopoly, which piece would he choose?
