Emotionally Timi is at an all-time high! Cos like I said in my reply to Raven she feels pretty assured as to her 'place' and that she's needed and her self-confidence meter has just been on a steady upward crawl in the weeks since her disastrous heartgame. Baby griffin has leveled up. Her one remaining issue is her complete inability to fly, but her registries have always been structured to address that as the last thing before she good ends.
Also a talking signboard sounds neat! They should hit each other up, definitely -- he has a pretty fair impression of Shion anyway since he's seen her helping out around the clinic.
How did you and Ventus work out how to structure your joint heartgame?
Basically, we talked to each other a lot, then largely focused on our characters' separate heartscapes, making sure to create a sufficient number of exits to go between. The idea was some thematic and visual commonalities, but two separate albeit interconnected hearts.
So, what were the things on/under the various Emerald beds, in Mithos's heart game?
On the beds: a bottle of booze (KK), a glass flower (Hisoka), a ribbon-bound feather (Bonten), a pair of glasses (Jade), a recipe book (Itachi), a keyblade (Roxas), a fat cat doll (Natsume).
Asuka's shield, Cloud's grass skirt, and a Hyaku-coloured gem hung on a ribbon were hung on the back wall as well. Behind Asuka's shield was a pressed aster. There were boxes for them on a table out in the open, but they were tightly locked unless you were a) one of Emerald's original six members, or b) Lloyd because Lloyd has access to everything.
The boxes under the beds were filled with gems containing memories. The gems were clear with streaks of the person's hair colour, eye colour and team colour. KK's box is particularly full; Hisoka's, Bonten's and Itachi's a bit less so; Mage's, Roxas's and Winter's would have had the fewest. On average a lot more Mithos memories are stored in Emerald then in the other teams; he's known them closest and longest.
Roxas is doing well right now. The heart game actually did a lot of good, shoring up some core issues he'd been having, such as feelings of unreality/loneliness and anger issues. Neither is gone for good, but neither is ascendant any more, either. Additionally, he now has so much Emerald dere he can barely cope. When *Mage* says you're family, you know you've got an amazing thing going. And even before that, Beauty's 'game' made him realize he actually did care about Aather, whereas before he felt kind of trapped there. The fact that she *told them what was going on* and *gave them a choice* made him like Beauty more, if anything, and the fact that the plot involved actual concrete fighting for Aather made him feel like what he had to offer was actually useful and necessary. At this point, he's zen with the idea of staying in Aather, and thanks to Natsume, he's no longer focusing on the fear that all his people will just up and leave him there.
Tell me about Mithos and Asuka? I heard they were close.
Asuka and Mithos were kind of dating! Not exactly girlfriend and boyfriend but . . . girlfriendthing and boyfriendthing . . . idk idk they liked each other a lot and they were pretty good for each other and extremely flailycute. They helped keep each other kind of stable in a period where both of them were constantly experiencing terrible memory-related/emotional upheavals.
Asuka is also the only person in Aather Mithos ever had normal aderpable teenage boy romance feelings for and those got thoroughly buried when she was booked and he started really getting into his bad memories. She is probably the only one who can bring them back, too :|a I mean he still crushes on some people in current Aather but there's a very different quality to it and he wouldn't actively court them like he did Asuka. FIRST LOVE.
Maleficent, Breeze, Zack, and Yuri; also Zelos and Judith but they sure done got booked while his heartgame was going. He is also immensely fond of Kiriko but not in the romance/attraction vein.
Not at the moment. The amount of dere he feels for Rabbit *borders* on it, and there was the truth-or-dare kissing incident with Mage, back in the day, but he wouldn't actively crush on Viridian's girlfriend, and Mage is, well, Mage, so. Yeah.
