UM YES he basically fell on the boat and now has at least three threads where he is futzing with someone's hair already, hairbraiding party is going to happen.

Does Masked Lady like seeing lantern boats sent out...? Mithos might start doing it every once in a while once we hit newrealm; he and Lloyd put one out for Anna but god knows he has a lot more people to make them for.

Yes! She does. Though it might be more accurate to say she "appreciates" seeing them. Her domain touches into death so having a gesture directed at those who have died/otherwise been lot gives her... not warm fuzzies but a sense of "rightness."
