y-yay S-link up IT IS MUTUAL. Josh pretty much has, like, a little circle of knights that sit just barely under his closest CR (plus a hero or two), and it's Edmund and Mithos and Lloyd starting to edge his way in. |D In the same way Mithos is floppy around him, Josh is doofy and playful around Mithos and Lloyd -- I mentioned this in Lloyd's question meme, but the fact that he's willing to just doof around with them and have fun is a big sign of how comfortable he is with them. Mithos in particular he trusts completely to have his back and to work or fight with him.

I will ask you another question once you answer the knightsplosion one!

Mithos's feels on knightsplosion were basically N-NEXT TIME EVERYONE JUST STAY CALM! He acted fast because Maleficent was flipping out unreasonably and then things just started escalating and people were facing off and there were weapons and ?!?!?! He doesn't regret saving the pile o' stuff and talking Mal down, he's not too worried about OH NO ONYX VS STERLING because look how fast everyone cooled off when Mal did . . . he is worried about Maleficent because he likes her immensely and she keeps freaking out uncharacteristically; because he explicitly knows she is fighting her story but that separating what is 'her' from what is 'her story and rules' is intensely complicated and her flipouts are tied to that; because he is not really sure what to do if all the other Personae have such a breaking point if they fight their stories. Plot is complicated 8|;;;

Anyway it was all pretty heat of the moment to him even if Viola got upset at him and he got upset at Guy and he is upset at/for Mal . . . like, he was really angry and worried? But his anger blows over fast now so by the time everyone got safely on the boat all he wanted to do was clear things up with people and flop over and be worried. Which he is still...doing now. H-huzzah backthreads.

Tell me JOSH'S SPIRIT ANIMAL.

BIG YELLOW DOG either a yellow lab or a golden retriever. |D I'm leaning towards yellow lab; they're smart, friendly, active, totally fearless soldier dogs who are known for curiosity and initiative. Also they eat anything.

I'd ask about Mithos's but we all know it's a kitten...tell me things about the magic fish!

The Magic Fish is not a very complicated Persona at all :'D As far as having a plot and goals and deep involvement goes it is at the opposite end of the spectrum from Firebird. Its fairytale is simpler, its premise is simpler, its personality simpler. It is there to be dumb and a fish and for me to indulge writing in a deadpan Eeyore voice and so people can be hit with fish. Aather ain't ever going to its realm because its realm is too small and limited. Even its potential patronage favor is dumb.

. . . which is not to say it doesn't have the potential to get deeper/have a stronger plot presence, just that heroes have to push a very specific thing and be willing to use it as a vehicle for that thing for that change to come about.

Tell me a couple of goals Josh has!

Right now he's looking for some, honestly. He got used to having a bunch of projects in the latter stages of Three's Cove and now that they're in Wonderland he's kind of like ?!??!??! But he still has a few general/longterm ones.

* Actually learn to use the forge when it shows up. He never really had a chance. Make some cool stuff for people he likes.
* Find some pants that aren't terrible. Because seriously, Wonderland pants are terrible. Mau hacked his into cargo shorts but still.
* Get someone to give him a derpy quest for towels to leave by the ring.
* Figuring out what the hell is going on with the plot would be nice.
