Yes! Noodlerans' defining traits are always ridiculous focus and determination. In canon he latches onto saving Sakura/gathering the feathers and motors on doing that no matter what, which isn't exactly a coping mechanism but the result is that no matter how awful he feels or things are, he keeps going. The flip side of the coin is that he gets extreme tunnel vision, to the point where he misses the effect his actions have on other people (the canon situation is he gets himself hurt and ignores his own needs and injuries going for Sakura's feathers, and this super upsets her because she loev him, but he doesn't realize it).

Pascal isn't really any different :|a he's just lost his focus/determination because he knows he'll never see his Sakura again, plus withholding skills and Aather in general hasn't really left him with any kind of goal to shoot for, so he can't really just DETERMINATION!!1 himself through. And then he's tunnel visioning on his own past transgressions and potential future lulz and wildly hurting others in the process.

So at the very least, multiple people raising these issues with him is drawing his attention to the effect he's having on others :|a

KYOUKO IS GRATE she has a girlfriend now :3(\ and really there is like little to no behavioral shift for her, but before while she'd lash out because she was frustrated or angry or just flat-out resented the rest of Aather and their stupid cohesive fluffy teams, now she's just doing it because it's fun :|a

She fully flipped over to a mindset of "protect what's most important" as really the only realistic way of living with yourself and your choices, which puts her well ahead of her revelation about the exact same thing in canon since she hasn't actually remembered that yet :|a
