[SKILL # 4]
Given by Beauty on Day 42.
So, cooking! This completes Mithos's SUPER HOUSEWIFE SKILL SET. He can now cook aaaaaanything you want and it will be amazing and delicious! He has the basic Symphonia recipes and then a crapload of other recipes and mostly he will just plain improvise depending on what he has. If he doesn't know how to make it, give him a good enough description and the right ingredients and he will damn well figure it out. He now knows he doesn't like the ready-prepped Sterling food because it's not made with enough love and he will fix that. He may also attempt an invasion of Onyx's kitchen, because dammit you guys COOKING. *___*
He also has comedic magical kitchen powers. If a herd of werecamels ever invades the Sterling kitchen they are going to be hit over the heads with pans, neatly butchered, and in the freezer in about five seconds. Super efficient!
This skill also boosts his knife fighting in Aather quite a lot! Short blades now feel completely natural in his hands, and he performs gutting/boning/chopping strokes with ease. Aw yes, synergizing earned skills with learned ones.
+ HE WAS BEING A DUMB MARTYR ABOUT IT. Lloyd and Elliot basically logicpunched him in the face re: not wasting the power he has and re: not driving himself crazier with guilt later if he could have fixed something with his powers but chose never to have the option.
+ Elliot also told him that Personae could take unwanted skills back, so there is still a possible safety net there.
+ Even if it was a stupid thing to do and a public loss of control, having an outburst in front of Sterling actually allowed him to be a lot more honest and forthcoming with several of them, even the ones who didn't know his issues.
+ ...most of Sterling tops him really easily... ._. ♥ ...
+ He was terribly embarrassed when he DID take the skill and it turned out not to be a big deal.
+ Getting cooking back cheered him up immensely because after all the destruction he wreaked in his memories, he'd forgotten that he could have more beneficial and creative abilities too.
+ I GUESS YOU'RE FORGIVEN, BEAUTY.
+ I GUESS I WILL SUCK IT UP AND BE A MAN.
