I probably won't pick up full steam on answering questions until tonight after class, Persona answers may be vague, etc.

He actually relates to both Beauty and Maleficent best, and his strongest relationship with a Persona is with Kiriko! Since he is her knight and all. :X

More seriously, he'd knock him in the head and get him to explain WHAT DID YOU DO, SENSEI. IS THIS YOUR DOING.

And then the connection between personae and youkai would be completed. He would never consider them as a separate being from youkai at that point. So really I don't think Natsume would do much except beat on sensei a bit (and follow it with a hug), but it WOULD completely change his general outlook on Aather as a whole.

Do you think it might be interesting for Mithos and Natsume to talk about spirits sometime :|a Since Summon Spirits are Mithos's Persona analogue and youkai are Natsume's, gosh . . .

IT WOULD BE. He's sorta comfortable enough with Mithos and Lloyd to where he can at least talk about those sort of things (I think outside of Emerald, only three people know about them as far as I can remember). I'm not sure how it would come up in conversation though but if there is a way, I WOULD WANT IT. It's part of why I like CR with Mithos and Lloyd! I get to see a side of Natsume that doesn't show very often. *_* And having someone that he could relate to would only give him more feelings. FEELINGS EVERYWHERE.

What are summon spirits...

They are fourteen spirits that basically represent/harness the primal forces in Symphonia world! Efreet is the force of fire, Undine is water, Luna and Aska are the sun and moon and the concept of 'light' when they're combined, etc. There's a full list here, but they're pretty similar to Personae, only based in elements instead of fairytales.

Summoners bind themselves to Summon Spirits through pacts, which are based on a vow; Mithos's vow when he was one was to end the war and restore the world! You have to be pretty damn powerful to harness a Summon Spirit, because you prove yourself to them by beating them in combat; Mithos was known for being the very first in history to make a pact with every Spirit in Aselia.

He was also friends with them -- he traveled alone for a while, they mutually enjoyed each others' company, and he had pretty different dynamics with each of them :X He has some really cute memories of them which he'd definitely show Natsume if it ever came up.

...Emil/Ratatosk on Peridot is one of the Summon Spirits Mithos was once pacted to, actually, but neither of them realize it yet. LOL AMNESIAGAMES LOL.

Basically as far as cross-canon parallels go Mithos is kind of like Natsume Reiko except a Tales hero.

Hobbies Natsume and Dragonfly have picked up in Aather!

Ohooooo I see. Mithos was the first bamf. [NODS SOLEMNLY] LOL AMNESIA GAMES LOL. CAN'T WAIT TIL THAT REALIZATION COMES ABOUT '-'

For Natsume:
- TALKING TO ROCKZILES. Like . . . ever since that quest, he never really had a reason to stop so he . . . just hangs out with them a lot. '-';;;
- Seawatching? Waking up eaaarly in the morning to hang out at the beach! He misses the lake but the beach is really pretty in the morn so he doesn't mind it!
- Collecting things like apples and meatnuts regularly (is this really a hobby...).
- KNITTING.
- RETURNING NAMES TO PERSONA--no jk.

For Hikaru:
- DUSTING!!
- CLEANING DISHES!! (these are hobbies, Ginshu says so)
- ANNOYING PEOPL--no wait, that was always there.
- CHOPPING WOOD!! (this is a hobby, aeris says so)
I don't know if he really collected any particular hobbies that wouldn't double count as a chore. He usually entertains himself by bothering people or using the hobbies that he already knew from back home.

HOW ABOUT MITHOS? :U

I. Gosh. A LOT ACTUALLY.

- Knife and sword fighting (more a way of life than a hobby, but sparring is kind of like a hobby?)
- Gardening!
- Keeping pets, animal care in general.
- Knitting . . . and sewing is not an Aatherspecific hobby but making dolls is!
- Pottery.
- Woodcarving and pyrography.
- Swimming.
- Metalwork and jewelrymaking.
- General messing around doing crafty stuff with magic.
- Climbing things like the cliffs and waterfall, checking out Aather from a height.
- Keeping sketchbooks and a journal.
- Painting his bedroom walls.
